Standard rate — open to all hirers

Not-for-profit rate — regular or series bookings

Committee room only — small meetings up to 16 people

Bar area — additional charge for licensed bar use
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking and will not be returned if the booking is cancelled. Invoices can be provided on request and all payments will be receipted.
Things to bear in mind
Include set-up and clear-away time
Hire charges run from the moment you enter to the moment you leave — make sure your booking covers any time needed to get the room ready or tidy up afterwards.
Leave it as you find it
We ask all hirers to leave the hall clean and tidy. If extra cleaning is needed after your event, an additional £50 charge will apply.
Invoices and receipts
Invoices can be provided on request and all payments will be receipted.
